WELCOME TO BELLA LUNA!

On SEPTEMBER 25th,
on the beach of Santa Monica, California,
the City, with grants from the
National Endowment for the Arts
and The Arts Council, is holding a night of
interactive art installations called GLOW.
Bella Luna, by artist Anne Herlihy, is one of these innovative installations.

A select group of artists will display their work after sundown, using the
ocean, the beach and the sky as the backdrop for their visions. And while
the initial funding is in place, monetary donations and gifts of service or materials
are currently being accepted. This is a unique chance to get involved in the
community. lt is anticipated that a quarter of a million people will particpate
in this free event.
